The purpose of the meeting is to form the foundation of a VSS/ALHCS Alumni Association.

The Board of Governors recognize that there is a need to foster closer links with past students, the community and the school. The formation and functioning of a VSS/ALHCS Alumni Association of past students, who reside in Anguilla and abroad, is an important aspect in the advancement of the role of this cherished and critical institution in Anguilla’s development.

The main objectives of the Alumni Association are as follows:
i. To build lasting ties between alumni, School and the community;
ii. Serve as benefactors of the School.
iii. To promote, in an organized manner, the best interests of the Albena Lake-Hodge Comprehensive School in establishing closer contact between the school, the local and international community, to create scholarship programs, to assist students, and, in general, connecting, enriching and serving the School.
iv. Provide opportunities for intellectual stimulation and development (continuing education), and avenues for networking, professional growth, and sharing common experiences of the School’s Alumni.
v. Stimulate interest among stakeholders in the affairs of the School as well as raise funds and encourage benefactions.
vi. Offer information or advice on any matters affecting the welfare of the School.

We welcome former students who are resident in Anguilla and also Alumni from the diaspora. We hope to attract a diverse range of interested persons in order for the VSS/ALHCS to truly be representative the school population.

Should you require further details in relation to the above meeting, please contact Fiona Wilkinson on telephone no: 1 264 476 6585.
