ANGUILLA, BWI – Cap Juluca, newly named the top resort in Anguilla by U.S. News & World Report, announced that celebrated U.S. chef/restaurateur Daniel Boulud recently arranged a lavish wedding dinner for 90 guests on Saturday, March 22, 2013. Executive Sous Chef Dean Samuel and his culinary team assisted Boulud to serve this magnificent five-course ceremonial dinner, in which specialty foods were flown in from Paris, New York and Miami.

“It was an exceptional honor to have Michelin-starred, Relais & Châteaux Chef Boulud cooking in our kitchen for this extraordinary dinner”, said Charles and Linda Hickox, owners of Cap Juluca. “He is a food industry icon with 15 dining establishments around the globe, including eight in New York City and restaurants in Florida, Toronto, Montreal, London, Singapore and Beijing.”
