On Wednesday 12th June, the OECS, in collaboration with the USAID and UNCEF, concluded a two-day Child Protection and Media Workshop, in Grenada. It was attended by media practitioners from Anguilla and other islands throughout the region. The workshop ended on a positive note with working group discussions and the development of guidelines for interviewing and reporting on juveniles.
Also discussed, was a strategy for disseminating the guidelines established, and for sustaining training in child protection for journalists in the region.

Certificates were presented to all participants involved upon the completion of the workshop.
