Cricket:-

The Anguilla U-15 cricket team participated in two 50 over matches played in St Maarten over the weekend. Unfortunately, Anguilla lost in both matches but nevertheless we had a few good performances.

In the first match, Anguilla batted first and scored a total of 165 of which Keshawn Richardson scored 69. Keshawn along with Jarell Richardson’s took 3 wickets each. St Maarten at bat scored 182 all out. This score was a result of teams wanting to maximize the full amount of overs to be played.

In the second match, St Maarten batted first and scored 195 all out off 39.1 overs. In return, Anguilla scored 114 all out off 31 overs. The highest scorer was Tyrique Lake who scored 19 runs. Demari Prince took 3 wickets in the match. Jarell Richardson, Dimitri Adams and Kishawn Richardson also took 2 wickets each.

In the local league matches played last weekend, the All-Stars defeated the Police on Saturday and on Sunday the Masters defeated the Beaters.

Table Tennis:-
The Anguilla TableTennis Association received an invitation for two under 15 players and a coach to participate in a training camp in Puerto Rico from 22nd to the 29th of May 2013. This invitation has been accepted and arrangements will be made for Anguilla’s participation in this event.

Athletics:- The Anguilla Amateur Athletic Association has received an invitation to participate in the 2013 Speedy Plus International Track & Field competition schedule to take place on May 11th at the Alberic Richards stadium in Sandy Ground French St. Martin. This annual event will feature athletes in the international class from Jamaica, U.S.A and the Bahamas. The Anguilla athletes will compete in classes ranging from under 11 to under 20.

Nine teams participated in the 2013 fun day. The results were as follows:
1st Civil Servants                 110 points
2nd N.B.A                               107
3rd Viceroy                            103
4th Cap Juluca                       91
4th Health Authourity        91
6th Teachers                           76
7th Cuisinart                          66
8th Police/Customs            63
9th Legal                                  55

Tug o war champion went to Cap Juluca and the largest team to Viceroy.

Volleyball:-

Both the Anguilla female and male national teams are in training for their upcoming World qualifiers in May and June respectively.

Dominoes:-

The Anguilla Day Three Hand Dominoe competition will kick off this weekend with twelve teams participating. Games will be played at various venues. The tournament will run over five weekends and climax on the 26th May 2013. Games this weekend is as follows:
