Duquaine Brooks, international fitness model, certified personal trainer and amateur bodybuilder, who diligently trains daily at The Dungeon Gym in South Hill, is more than ready to make a high impact appearance at The Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio on March 1st 2013.
The 25th the Annual Arnold Amateur NPC/IFBB International Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure, Bikini and Men’s Physique Championships will once again include amateur competitors from the NPC and IFBB from around the world.
Overall winners at the Arnold Amateur contest in the men’s bodybuilding, women’s bodybuilding, fitness, figure, bikini and men’s physique divisions may petition their national federations for pro status in the IFBB Professional League. Arnold Amateur winners who earn Pro cards will be invited to compete in a future Arnold Classics.
Duquaine’s dedication to self-improvement and total body design surpass the most avid amateur body builder and his focus and self-motivation to achieve the highest fitness industry accolades are unquestionable and make him ready for the upcoming competition like never before.

In September 2011, he won the title “Muscle Mania Male Fitness Model Champion” of Britain, his greatest accomplishment thus far, amongst being featured in the November 2011 issue of leading fitness magazine, Muscle and Fitness and also in January 2011 issue of Ultra-Fit Magazine.
In addition to his fitness qualifications, Duquaine holds a First Class Bachelors in Computing and Management and a Master’s degree in Computer Forensics and is currently employed with the IT Department at The Government of Anguilla.
