Mr. Derrys Richardson of Signature 7602 is the proud winner of LIME’s Facebook Competition for the cover page of the 2013-2014 Anguilla Telecommunications Service Directory. In so doing, Mr. Richardson captured the title, LIME Anguilla Photographer of the Year 2013. Local photographers were encouraged to submit entries in high definition featuring scenic views of Anguilla and cultural aspects of Anguilla’s life.
The competition attracted the interest of the leading photographers in Anguilla with submissions from Lawrence Stott, Rebecca Haskins, Kevin Archibald, Jamal Gumbs, Jamal Richard, Keiroy Browne, Clemvio Hodge, Vydia Charles, Hackeem Brooks and Joseveek Huligar.
The winner was determined based on the photo with the most ‘likes’ which meant the public had an opportunity to cast their vote by visiting www.facebook.com/limeaxa (Anguilla Directory Photo Competition).
Marketing Manager Ms. Jade Reymond, said she was happy with the level of interest shown noting this was another first for the leading telecommunications provider, and it will be an annual signature event. She extended congratulations on behalf of the Management and staff of LIME Anguilla to Derrys Richardson on his win and expressed sincere thanks to all the participating photographers and to the customers who made it an intriguing event by casting their vote. The directory should be available by April 2013.
