APPOINTMENT OF RUDOLPH SPENCER JEFFERS AS HIGH COURT BAILIFF

Mr. Rudolph Spencer Jeffers

On 8th May 2023, His Lordship the Hon. Justice Ermin Moise appointed Mr. Rudolph Spencer Jeffers as High Court Bailiff pursuant to Section 61(5) of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (Anguilla) Act R.S.A. c. E15.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Jeffers graciously agreed to act as High Court Bailiff since May 2022 for specific periods.

Mr. Jeffers served for approximately nineteen (19) years as a Police Office in the Royal Anguilla Police Force. Mr. Jeffers also served in the hotel industry as an Assistant Villa Operations Manager, Head Duty Manager and Director of Security.

We graciously welcome Mr. Jeffers to the High Court and wish him every success fulfilling his duties.

We also take this opportunity to thank Mr. Michael Fleming and Mr. Emmette Thompson, who acted as High Court Bailiff for specific periods after Mr. Henley Ruan retired. Their service ensured the wheels of justice continued to turn.
