Founded in Anguilla in 2010 with the opening of their clifftop property overlooking Little Bay, ÀNI expanded to become the world’s first private resort collection, with a family of rare hideaways around the world.
From Anguilla and the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean, to Thailand and Sri Lanka in Southeast Asia, each of their all-inclusive private resorts is designed exclusively for a single group from multi-generational family holidays to adult-only group vacations, accommodating up to 20 or 30 individuals across 10 to 15 suites.
With each new property developed, ÀNI has raised the bar in design, facilities, amenities and service. With the owner Tim Reynolds and his family’s personal love and connection to Anguilla, he was set on creating a flagship beachfront private resort on the company’s historical birthplace.

Slated to open in 2025 and located on Shoal Bay beach just to the east of Gwen’s Reggae grill and the Fountain National Park, the resort will include 15 suites, expansive living and dining areas, beach club, private theatre, conferencing equipment, full service spa, gym, kids club complete with a dramatic water waterslide and splash pool, and sports facilities including tennis, pickleball, basketball, chipping tees and putting green.
