The students and teachers at Omololu International School recently celebrated being 100 days smarter with a variety of exciting activities that brought the school community together in a day of fun and learning.
To mark the occasion, students and teachers dressed up as 100-year-olds, complete with gray wigs, glasses, and canes, to kick off the day’s events. The school campus was filled with laughter and joy as students and teachers donned their best elderly attire.
The celebration continued with a thrilling balloon popping contest, where participants had a chance to win up to $100. Over 100 balloons were scattered across the school, and students raced to pop as many as they could within a set time limit.
In addition to the balloon popping contest, students participated in a series of physical challenges, including jump rope, hula hoop, plank, push-up, and sit-up challenges. The challenges were designed to be both fun and educational, encouraging students to stay active and healthy while having fun with their classmates.
One of the highlights of the day was the 100-item scavenger hunt, where students raced around the school searching for a variety of items on a pre-prepared list.
