Governor Dileeni Daniel-Selvaratnam

It is with deep sorrow I learnt of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II earlier today at Balmoral. I offer my sincere condolences to His Majesty The King and the Royal Family.
Her Majesty The Queen dedicated her life in service to the people of the United Kingdom, the Overseas Territories and the Commonwealth.

Across each generation, Her Majesty The Queen engendered respect and admiration. Throughout her reign, she remained a constant whilst also being responsive to an ever-evolving world. Her dedication to public service with the epitome of dignity, grace and a firmness of purpose instilled an impressive focus for loyalty that will endure.
I know Anguillians at home and abroad join me in mourning the loss of Her Majesty The Queen.
Further announcements will be made in due course.
