Exemplary Four Seasons Anguilla team member, Theron Niles, has assumed a new role with Ten Trinity Four Seasons in London. He will join the Food & Beverage Team as Assistant Manager of the hotel’s famed, La Rotonda, located in its iconic lobby.
Having cultivated his exemplary skill set while serving as the Outlet Manager of Four Seasons Anguilla’s Sunset Lounge for six years, Theron is well equipped for this next endeavor. During his time with Sunset Lounge, Theron carved a development program that would enable him to grow and advance within departments; this combined with his work ethic has allowed him to quickly jump from intern and entry-level positions to managerial roles.
Recounting his impressive journey, which is even more exceptional due to pandemic-related obstacles within the hospitality industry, Theron comments “Everything I do, I give 100 percent every day.”
