L-R: Mr Chris Richardson, Ms Annsihka White & Mr Simon Fricker

This year, Aurora Anguilla joins in the celebration of Autism awareness with iSpeak Autism Society, by providing sponsorship of US$250, and bottles of wine, towards their development of art classes for children on the spectrum – and also their Sip and Paint event to be held on April 9th, 2022, at Paint in Shoal Bay. The event is a fundraiser to raise funds towards the development of an art programme for persons in the spectrum.

The founder, Ms Annishka White, said that they are grateful to Aurora for coming on board to support their efforts, and hoped that they can develop a long-term partnership in assisting persons on the spectrum. Ms White said that the development of skill-based classes for children on the spectrum is something that is key and hopes that others will join Aurora in coming on board to contribute and support this new programme.

Paint Shoal Bay has worked previously with special needs children by offering art camp – and as such we will seek to partner with them in the coming weeks and roll out our new programme.
