Winning team with a score of 117 L to R: Jim Dutmers, Wilma Proctor, Althea Turner and Noel Egan

The Anguilla Golf Association (AGA) hosted a four person team tournament on Saturday 8th December 2012 using the “Waltz” format of play at the Cuisinart Golf Course.

The “Waltz” format, which is sometimes called 1-2-3 (the waltz dance step) is played with teams of four golfers. Each team is required to use ONE net best ball on the Par 5’s, TWO net best balls on the Par 4’s and THREE net best balls on the Par 3’s.
Twenty two players in six teams played in this event.
The first place team of Wilma Proctor, Althea Turner, Noel Egan and Jim Dutmers posted a score of 117 (19 under par).

Finishing in second place with a score of 121 was the team of Courtney Morton, Lester Samuel and Larry Stott.
Please note the date of the next AGA Tournament is 5th January 2013.
