Another thirty-six (36) Graduands from The University of the West Indies (UWI) Anguilla will officially graduate during the 2021 Virtual Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, October 16, 2021. This is another record number for the local arm of the internationally acclaimed University.
Fifteen (15) of the Graduands will receive Postgraduate degrees. Linette Carty, Erlyn Wilkinson, Rondy Isles-Carty, Kemoloy Murphy, Mavis Fleming, Amarlia Richardson, Kennisha Leveret, Julianne Leveret, Roslyn Forde, Rochelle Ward, Shanomay Young, Richard White and Kimberly Francis will receive Masters degrees in Management Studies, Project Management, Education and Educational Leadership, while Tameisha Ible will be awarded the Graduate Diploma in Management.
Twenty-one (21) Graduands, including Anthea Connor, Melissa Lake, Soya Warde Williams, Bernice Edwards, Rosette Reid, Ana Bryan, Hydie Thomas, Cavelle Fleming, Sheila Hodge, Kenisha George, Deanna Bryan, Naomi Williams, Janelle Anthony, Dawvier Gumbs, Shantel Carbon, Sharon James, Yasheika Campbell Hunter, Zwinya Connor-Anderson, Violet Frank and Dorpha Seabrookes will receive undergraduate degrees in Accounting, Management Studies, Education, Social Work, Youth Development Work, Paralegal Studies and Human Resource Management.
Three (3) of the Postgraduates were awarded distinctions and seven (7) of the undergraduates will graduate with First Class Honours.
The UWI Open Campus Anguilla also congratulates Rikiesha Leveret (Bachelor of Education), and Roxane Bradshaw (Bachelor of Science – Management – Marketing) who will be graduating from the Cave Hill Campus later this month.
Due to the pandemic all the UWI Graduation ceremonies are being conducted virtually again this year. The Open Campus Ceremony is slated for 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2021. The general public is invited to share in the celebration of the Graduands via live stream on UWItv at www.uwitv.org, as well as on The UWI Facebook pages and FLOW cable networks across the Caribbean.
