The first edition of the TRUE Anguilla TV show is scheduled to air in early December to correspond with the beginning of the tourism season.
The magazine style show will encourage viewers to explore Anguilla – the best island in the world to lose the crowd and find yourself – easily and safely. It will feature insider interviews and stunning, high definition video footage of Anguilla’s beaches, waters and iconic places. And will highlight the special people, diverse culinary offerings, incredible musical talent, outstanding accommodations, romantic allure, unique cultural activities, family adventures, aquatic escapades and home ownership opportunities that make up Anguilla’s special appeal. A 3 minute promotional video can now be viewed on Channel 8 of the Digicel Network.
Trudy Nixon, the publisher of TRUE Anguilla, says. “I’m excited and can’t wait to get started. We commence filming in August and hope to premier the debut show ‘Anguilla Refreshed’ in November. As always, TRUE Anguilla will work with local talent – including Cabarita Agency, Chad Kent Visuals and KSharp Media as well as local musicians, presenters and content providers – to produce the promotional video (now airing) and the debut show “Anguilla Refreshed”.
It will broadcast on Channel 8 of the Digicel network and PlayGo app, and stream on a dedicated TRUE Anguilla YouTube channel. Visitors to the island accessing the Digicel network for the first time will be invited to visit TRUE Anguilla TV for a guide to where to go and what to do on island.
