Country Manager of FLOW, Mr. Desron Bynoe, along with FLOW’s Commercial Manager, Mrs. Jade Raymond-Richardson, launched FLOW’s Summer Promotions on Friday, July 30th. This year, the company has several great features in store for its loyal customers.

Prior to unveiling the details of the Summer Promotions, one committed customer, Ms. Shauna Fahie, was awarded a cash prize of EC$2,000, from the “Big Money” promo, for being an existing customer who has been paying her bill in full and on time. Ms. Fahie, who was quite excited and happy over her winning, expressed appreciation for her “Big Money” grand prize.

Mr. Bynoe said that FLOW was indeed excited to reveal the Summer Promotions for 2021. He said that FLOW had listened to its customers’ concerns for improved services, over the past months, and they have tried to satisfy the customers’ desires. He then introduced Ms. Raymond-Richardson who made announcements of the various offerings:

“Today we officially launch attractive new postpaid plans,” she announced. “These plans are value-packed and give our customers the opportunity to have loads of data. Postpaid customers can now have up to 80 gigs. We have also given our customers unlimited local minutes. This means you can call any local number and talk for as long as you like.”

She went on: “We also offer a new international minutes plan that give our customers the opportunity to call their friends and family in the US, Canada, or the UK, as well as friends and family in all of our FLOW markets such as Jamaica, Dominica, St. Vincent, the BVI and St. Kitts & Nevis. We have taken this promotion further to include FLOW St. Maarten. So now our postpaid customers have the opportunity to stay connected with friends and family and not worry about their bills.

“Furthermore, one of the great aspects of this plan is that you can share your international minutes with up to four family members. You can do this at no additional cost. So you can share your plan of 80 gigs of data with your husband, your wife or your children. As part of these packages we want to make sure that your friends and family would have exactly what they need.”

“In addition,” she explained, “if you bundle your mobile service with your internet service, you will get the opportunity to double your data.”

Finally, Mrs. Raymond-Richardson promised that customers who sign up for post-paid plans in August will have the opportunity to win — in weekly drawings — great prizes such as a brand new fridge, a washer, a stove, or a 40-inch TV, as well as grocery vouchers.
