SELECT COMMITTEE’S FINAL GST REPORT FRIDAY, JULY 23

On Friday, July 23, the Anguilla House of Assembly will receive a Motion for the Consideration of the Final Report of the Select Committee established to consider the Petitions of the Concerned Citizens on the Bill for the Goods and Services Tax, 2021.
Other Motions for presentation to the House are the Customs Duty and Tax Exemption Regulations regarding Mr. Trevor (Ras Bucket) Davis/Roots Binghi; the House of Assembly (Procedure) Rules, 2021; and a Motion for the Approval of Property Tax (Rates) (Temporary Reduction) Regulations, 2021.

Under Government Business, on the Agenda, is a Bill for the House of Assembly (Powers and Privileges) (Amendment) Act, 2021, down for its First Reading.
