PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON DRAFT LEGISLATION

Five pieces of draft legislation which were given their first reading in the Anguilla House of Assembly on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, are to go public consultation on Tuesday, January 19.

They are:
• A Bill for a Companies (Amendment) Act, 2021
• A Bill for a Company Management (Amendment) Act, 2021
• A Bill for an International Business Companies (Amendment) Act, 2021
• A Bill for a Limited Liability Company (Amendment) Act, 2021; and
• A Bill for a Petroleum (Amendment) Act, 2021

The public consultation, organised by the Minister of Home Affairs, Mr. Kenneth Hodge, will be held at the House of Assembly from 6 pm – 8 pm.
