DONATIONS TO ZENAIDA HAVEN – DEPARTMENT OF PROBATION

On Thursday October 15th, 2020, Ms. Bonnie Bloom and Mr. Kumarkie Price were welcomed by Senior Juvenile Care Worker, Ms. Sophia Webster, to the Juvenile Residential Centre, Zenaida Haven. Ms. Bloom and Mr. Price, jointly with the Anguilla Relief Fund (Altamer Resort), donated several items to the Juvenile Residential Centre. Items donated by Ms. Bloom and Mr. Price included bathroom rugs, indoor and outdoor mats and toiletries. The Anguilla Relief Fund (Altamer Resort) generously contributed bed linens and pillows.

Upon receiving the donations, Ms. Webster expressed her gratitude on behalf of the management and staff of Zenaida Haven and highlighted that the kind donation was greatly appreciated. She took the opportunity as well to give Ms. Bloom and Mr. Price a brief explanation on how the institution functions and its mandate for rehabilitation.
Ms. Bloom and Mr. Price stated how happy they were to support the Centre and looked forward to contributing more to the development of the young men in the near future.
