The UWI Open Campus Anguilla and The Anguilla Country Conference are expressing heartfelt thanks to those who worked to make the Emancipation, Lecture, ‘Slavery in Anguilla and the Price of Emancipation’ the success that it was.
The UWI, through this medium, wishes to extend special thanks to the Lecturer, Mr. Carlyle Rogers, the Methodist Church Anguilla Circuit, Leaders and Members of Ebenezer Congregation, Ebenezer Men’s Fellowship, Roots Binghi, Miss Akira Rogers, Mr. Lennox Vanterpool, Mrs. Lois Hazell and the Anguilla National Choir. The University of The West Indies Open Campus Anguilla and the Anguilla Country Conference, in collaboration with the Methodist Church, Anguilla Circuit, presented their Emancipation Lecture on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at the Ebenezer Methodist Church in the Historic Lower Valley.
