On Wednesday October 17th an intensive training program began for 10 promising Anguillian service professionals at Little Harbour Estates signature rental property Le Bleu Villa. This 8 day intensive course is led by industry veteran Mr. Bruce Hearn, director of Properties in Paradise, a full service management consulting firm specializing in villa staff training. Mr. Hearn has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is theCaribbeanrepresentative for The Starkey Institute of Household Management www.starkeycaribbean.com .
