An Anguillian in the United States has had the distinction of having been awarded a Naval Scholarship to pursue studies at Norfolk State University.
The successful student is Liam Harrigan, son of Myrna and Frederick Harrigan.
Liam, who lives in Palm Bay, Florida, was informed about his selection for the scholarship by Mr. Tim Pishdad, President of the Cape Canaveral Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America.
