Dear Valued Customers and Stakeholders:

Around the world, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has affected everything from large social gatherings and sporting events – to schools, work schedules, international travel and trade. Amidst the ensuing fear, disruption and continuous spread of COVID-19, the Social Security Board is here for you. COVID-19 is impacting so much of our daily lives. As far as possible, the Social Security Office will ensure that its services remain convenient and available with minimal disruption.

The Social Security Office is taking early measures to ensure that its office is outfitted with hand sanitizing kits and other sanitizers, and the staff is following proper hygiene recommendations from the Health Authority of Anguilla. We therefore encourage the general public to take necessary pre-cautionary measures – and engage in proper hygiene practices daily, avoid social gatherings, maintain social distance, be vigilant, and stay informed.

Each day, as we learn more about COVID-19, and how countries are being impacted globally, we encourage you to stay abreast of what is happening not only globally, but also within our Caribbean region. If you have to travel, please pay attention to travel advisories and airline travel restrictions. It is important to keep informed with information from reliable and responsible sources – locally, regionally and internationally, such as: the Ministry of Health, Health Authority of Anguilla (HAA), Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA), Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). You can stay up to date with information here to follow the link.
As always, you can contact us via telephone on 264-497-2201, or email us at info@ssbai.com.
Stay safe! Safety and security are our foremost concern for residents and visitors alike.
This is a message from the Social Security Board and supported by the Chief Medical Officer, Ministry of Health and Health Promotion Unit of the Health Authority of Anguilla.
