SDA REGIONAL SENIOR YOUTH CAMP IN ANGUILLA

The Alwyn Allison Primary School at West End is the venue for a two-week Senior Youth Camp with more than 150 representatives in attendance. They are from the North Caribbean Conference of Seventh-day Adventists which includes Anguilla.

The July 25 – August 5 camp is under the direction of Dr. Vincent David, Youth and Chaplaincy Director. Working with him in Anguilla are the Guest Speaker, Pastor Dane Al Fletcher, Youth Director of the Jamaica SDA Union; and other guests in the persons of Pastors Al Powell and Anthony Hall, Youth Directors from the Caribbean Union.

The Senior Youth Camp is being held in Anguilla in association with the outgoing SDA District Pastor Trent Berg, and the congregations of the Church. “Pass It On – God Restores to Save and Serve” and “Empowering the Life of One Person at A Time” are the themes of the event.
The opening session of the youth camp was addressed by the Elected Representative for West End, Mr. Cardigan Connor, who is also Parliamentary Secretary for Tourism, and Mrs. Hyacinth Bradley, Planner in the Ministry of Social Development.

Among the various activities will be a March of Witness & Rally on Saturday, August 3, commencing at 4.00 pm.
