ANGUILLA PLACES FIRST & THIRD IN OECS CYCLE RACE

The OECS Cycling Championship Race in Anguilla on Friday, July 19, attracted a large number of cycling enthusiasts and promoters.

The OECS race, which commenced on the Jeremiah Gumbs Highway, with eight laps around the western portions of Anguilla, saw two Anguillian cyclists taking first and third positions.

In first place was Elroy Laud of Anguilla. Third place was won by Sherwin Osbourne also of Anguilla. In second place was Reni Arrondell of St. Martin.
