A successful meeting took place between the French St. Martin and Anguillian Ministers of Tourism to discuss the reinstatement of the late night ferry service between Anguilla and French St Martin. The Hon. Cardigan Connor, Anguilla’s Parliamentary Secretary with responsibility for Tourism, led the Anguilla delegation comprising: of Kim Cutler, Deputy Head of the Governor’s Office; Sherman Williams, CEO, AASPA; and Patricia Harrigan, Product Development Officer in the Ministry of Tourism. Valérie Damaseau, 1st Vice President, Territorial Council of St. Martin and President of the St. Martin Tourist Office, accompanied by Ambrose Lake, Ministry of Infrastructure, and Alberic Ellis, Managing Director of Ports, represented St. Martin in the fruitful discussion. Further talks are planned over the coming weeks with the objective to reinstate the service between the two islands.
