Mrs. Goddard, author of the document, will be meeting with the Board of Directors of the Anguilla Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Wednesday, February 6, at La Vue Conference Centre. The meeting, from 9.30 -11.30 am, will discuss “Anguilla 44: An Update and Alternatives to New and Higher Taxes/GST”.

She recently assisted in alerting the Chamber about the immediate plans of the Government to implement the GST and a range of tax alternatives. She has also updated Anguilla 44: A Vision of Prosperity.

In June 2018 the Executive Council met to commit to the implementation of a Goods and Services Tax (also known as GST or VAT) for Anguilla at the beginning of this year.
