ANGUILLA WINS SECOND PLACE IN REGIONAL CAKE BAKING

Cake-baking in Anguilla was taken to a regional level when an Anguillian family won second place in a recent competition which featured various special designs of the products.
The event was called “The Jesus VIP’s Extreme Bakeoff Competition 2018”.
The Anguilla team, “Sugarlicious Creations”, comprised family members Mary, Frankie and Carlton Smith. Their cake, bearing the theme “Birds in flight”, is on display at Lake’s Marketplace.
First place went to Team Trinidad and Tobago; third place, Grenada and 4th place, St. Vincent and The Grenadines.
