Mr. Rogers who was a founding member of the AUF died today after a prolonged period of illness. The Convention will re-convene on Sunday November 4th at 12 noon at Doracks Place.
The Anguilla United Front is saddened by the passing of The Honourable Speaker of the House of Assembly, the late Leroy C. Rogers. Mr. Rogers can be described as a humble giant because of his quiet demeanour that he displayed throughout his life, concealing a personality of great strength and focus. He has made a great contribution to this Anguillian community in all spheres of activity both in private and public life. We extend condolences to his children, his siblings and his entire family at this very difficult time. May His Soul Rest In Peace
