Anguilla Open Campus Guild of Students Support 2018 Walk For The Cure

On Tuesday 23rd October 2018, the University of the West Indies Open Campus Anguilla Guild of Students donated US $150.00 in support of the Anguilla Cancer Society’s Walk For The Cure. The Walk scheduled for Thursday 25th October 2018 at 4:30 pm, will commence at the FCIB parking lot then go on to Shoal Bay and return to the parking lot.
Anguilla Guild of Student president, Kemoloy Murphy, and Community Liaison Officer, Melissa Harrigan, presented the cheque to Mrs. Jennifer Gumbs, President of the Anguilla Cancer Society. Mrs. Gumbs expressed her gratitude to Guild of Students for their contribution towards this year’s Walk.
The Walk For The Cure will benefit further research to aid the fight against breast cancer.
