Sabrina Connor Named Most Valuable Player For A Third Consecutive Tennis Season At Virginia Union University

37-sabSabrina Connor is currently in her junior year at Virginia Union University. She is studying Mass Communications with a focus in Public Relations. She is a member of the Honors Society with a 3.9 GPA and was recently inducted into the Sigma Tau Delta International English Honors Society. For the 2017-2018 academic school year, Sabrina served as the Business Manager of the Student Government Association, and held the position of Director of Communication the previous year.
Sabrina is the captain of the Lady Panthers tennis team and earned the Most Valuable Player Award for a third consecutive tennis season. When she isn’t in class, on the court, or in the gym, Sabrina tutors French and English in the university’s Testing and Tutoring Center. She was chosen for a paid internship at the Valentine Museum in Richmond, Virginia this Summer.
Founder of the ATA, Mr. Mitchelle Lake , stated: “I am proud of Sabrina’s growth and development as a college student athlete. Her leadership qualities both on and off the court are commendable and distinguishes her as a role model for the younger children in the ATA program. I wish her continued success in her educational oddessey.”
The Anguilla Tennis Academy take this opportunity to congratulate Sabrina Connor and her proud parents Karl Connor and Mimi Connor.
