Belle & Beau: A Charity For Children (Belle & Beau) is a Registered Exempted Non-Profit Organization under the Non-Profit Organisations Regulations enabled under section 164 of the Proceeds of Crime Act, R.S.A. c. P98. The organization was founded with the aim of improving the quality of life for underprivileged children in Anguilla and securing their human rights, and is dedicated to building a community that is also committed to the socioeconomic and emotional wellness of its children. In keeping with its mission, on Sunday, 29 April 2018, Beau & Beau hosted an Academic Scholarship Fundraiser dubbed Paint & Brunch at Flavours Restaurant, La Vue Hotel in Backstreet, South Hill. The event was tremendously successful and applauded by its guests for providing the perfect combination of great food, entertainment and art under the direction of local artist, Canita Ruan.
Thanks to compassion and generosity of our sponsors and guests, we are proud to open our need-based scholarship application process for one primary or secondary level-aged child. Applicants can collect application forms at the Department of Youth & Culture, Department of Social Welfare or download via our Facebook page: Belle & Beau: A Charity For Children. Completed forms must be returned by July 27, 2018 to the Department of Youth & Culture or by email to belleandbeaucharity@gmail.com.
