RAPF EXTENDS CONDOLENCE TO THE FAMILY OF THE LATE ELLIOTT MCNEAL RICHARDSON CPM

The Royal Anguilla Police Force wishes to extend condolences to the Family and friends and all those who mourn the passing of Mr. Elliott McNeal Richardson CPM who passed away on Tuesday 6th March, 2018 at the age of 76.

Mr. Richardson who was a career policeman joined the RAPF in 1972 shortly after the January 28th commencement date of the Anguilla Police Force made his way up the ranks to Commissioner of Police from 1990 – 1996 following the retirement of then Commissioner of Police Mr. Joseph Norris Payne MBE, CPM, and JP.
“We are indeed saddened by the passing of Mr. Richardson,” said Acting Commissioner of Police Elliott Forbes. “Mr. Richardson served the Royal Anguilla Police Force well and by extension the people of Anguilla during his long career as a police officer and indeed at the highest level, Commissioner of Police. I wish to extend on behalf of the entire RAPF our condolence to the family as they mourn his passing.”
