The University of the West Indies (UWI) Open Campus Anguilla is extending congratulations to Dr. Maglan Lewis. Dr. Lewis received her Doctorate in Business Administration during the Graduation ceremonies at the Cave Hill Campus of the University in Barbados last Saturday.
Dr. Lewis, who also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the UWI Cave Hill School of Business, successfully defended her thesis on the “Determinants of Social Security Compliance in a Small Island Developing State: An Analysis of Anguilla” in August this year.
In extending congratulations to Dr. Lewis, Manager for the UWI Open Campus BOTs, Dr. Phyllis Fleming-Banks, says that in addition to contributing to the much-needed academic research on Anguilla, Dr. Lewis’ achievement is one that makes the entire UWI family proud and is an accomplishment that Anguillians everywhere can celebrate.
