Prophecy Pre-School Graduates 45 Students To Primary Level

Forty-five students from the Prophecy Pre-School successfully graduated from the institution in the thirteenth Commencement Ceremony, held at the Rodney MacArthur Rey Auditorium Thursday, 21st June, 2012.

The monumental ceremony was held under the theme “Go light your world as you reach for the stars.”

The featured address for the occasion was delivered by past student ofProphecyPre-School, Ms. Colleen Johnson, who is presently a third form student at the Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School.

 

The 45 graduands all received their “graduation paper” from presenters Ms. Andrea Brown and Mrs. Tessa Davis.

The ceremony was attended by a number of Board Members of the school, Education Officers, specially invited guests, parents and other proud family members and well wishers.

 

ANOTHER milestone has been recorded in the history of theProphecyPre-Schoolas 45 students graduated from the institution on Thursday 21st June, 2012 at the school’s 13th Annual Graduation Ceremony under the theme “Go Light Your World As You Reach For The Stars”.

 

The event attracted Board Members of the school, Education Officers, specially invited guests, parents, teachers and well wishers to support the graduating class of 2012 and to acknowledge the successes of the preschool school over the last academic year.

Harmonious rendition from past student – Cycaré Wattley, motivational poetries and song by the graduands coupled with the display of a dance set the stage in a celebratory mood to acknowledge the significant strides made by staff and students.

 

The Chairperson for the evening was Mr. Colin Johnson who is no stranger to the stage. His daughter Ms. Colleen Johnson; who is also a past student of the Prophecy Preschool and is presently a third form student at the Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School delivered the feature address and charged the graduates and teachers alike to live out the theme of the school year ‘Go light your world as you reach for the stars’. She noted that

 

The valedictory speech was bravely delivered by Najique Davis. The 45 graduands all received their “graduation paper” from presenters Ms. Andrea Brown and Mrs. Tessa Davis.

In closing, the Principal Mrs. Heather Gumbs congratulated all the graduants, expressed sincere gratitude to all who have contributed and supported the school throughout the academic year.

The ceremony, although marking the end of preschool careers, signifies the beginning of higher academic pursuits as the school continues to embody its motto: Developing the mind….care for the soul.
