Over the past four years, Mr. Sherlon “Lingy” Richardson has been promoting and collaborating with the Atlanta Carnival Production (ACP), in conjunction with Atlanta Carnival Bandleaders Council (ACDC), to showcase Anguillian artists and their musical talents. This year Sherlon will be venturing into another Carnival market as he will be travelling with a contingent to Houston, Texas.

To date, Mr. Richardson’s endeavour has been fully supported by the Government of Anguilla through the Department of Youth Culture and the Anguilla Tourist Board, as it presexodusents an opportunity to promote Anguillian Culture and Carnival. He has taken some of Anguilla’s well-known artists to perform at these carnival festivities in the USA, including Mr. Corwin Carty and Ms. Daniella “Lioness” Richardson of Movements Band, Mr. Tyrone “Latest” Brooks of Exodus HD and, most recently solo artist, Ms. Shereena “Shea Shea” Richardson.

Mr. Richardson and Tyrone “Latest” Brooks of Exodus HD have been invited, along with other artists from the Caribbean Region, to perform at the Houston Caribbean Festival from July 7th – 9th, 2017 in Houston, Texas, USA. Their clothing is sponsored by Exodus HD’s “XHD” Support Team displaying Exodus’ newly released logo which will be prominent in their new branding for Carnival 2017.

We wish Mr. Richardson and Mr. Brooks the best of luck, as we are confident that they both will make Anguilla proud!
