On Saturday March 4th 2017, the Year 5 Hospitality and Culinary students of the ALHCS hosted a Breakfast Buffet “A Caribbean Special” at Room (Restaurant) 54 – Hospitality Block, Campus A.
Students organized the event, arranged buffet set-up, cooked and served customers, whilst providing exemplary food and beverage service.
Students and teacher, Ms. Latoya Mathew, would like to thank the following individuals and establishments for their generous support and contributions: Hall’s Bakery; Tropical Distributors; Merchants Market; The Anguilla Community College; the Honourable Mr. Cardigan Connor; Mr. Albert Lake and Ms. Roshima Parker of Royal Party Rentals.
A special thank you to the teachers, parents, families and the general public who helped to make this event a success.
