Over the last several months, the management and staff of the National Commercial Bank of Anguilla (NCBA) had been working toward the seamless integration of its services on behalf of every valued customer. To date, the integration process has been completed. Customers have been receiving their new passbooks, cheque books and their new account numbers. Customers are reminded to please stop in during business hours to collect these updated documents.
The final preparations for new debit and credit cards are ongoing, with specific details for card replacement to follow in the coming weeks.
As the NCBA branch activity is still high at this time, customers are also reminded of the various banking options to save time without waiting in line. These services include: conveniently located ATMs for cash withdrawals; online banking with added features and the Lobby Deposit Box. NCBA Online Banking allows customers the opportunity to transfer funds between accounts, check statements and balances and pay numerous bills online – while avoiding other lines across the island. NCBA online banking bill payment options now include: ANGLEC, Flow, Digicel, Comprehensive Learning Center, Government of Anguilla – Property Tax, Water Corporation, Ashley and Sons, JW Proctors, and the NBA-CCB Receiver. The Lobby Deposit Box allows for ease of depositing cheques to any account during business hours by simply completing the deposit slip, sealing the envelope, and dropping it in the slot!
“We know whenever any organisation is implementing numerous changes at the same time, even the best planning and careful execution can still pose challenges at the end of the day,” said Chief Executive Officer, Michael Bird. “On behalf of the entire management and staff, we apologise for the delays that many would have experienced and want to thank NCBA customers for their continued loyalty and patience. We also wish to assure our valued customers of our unwavering determination to professionally and promptly address all of their banking needs as ‘One Bank.. One Brand, Committed to Customers.’”
