RAPF REPORTS: 34 YR. OLD MAN ON BAIL FOR ASSAULT/ ACTUAL BODILY HARM

The RAPF on Sunday 13th March 2016 around 2:30am arrested and charged a 36 year old man from Island Harbour for assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The arrest came as a result of an investigation into an early morning report of domestic violence.

The alleged offender was taken before the Magistrate’s Court on Monday 14th March and was granted bail in the sum of EC$20,000.00 with one surety to return to court on the 7th July, 2016.

The offender is required to report to The Valley Police Station every Monday between the hours of 6am and 6pm, have no contact directly or indirect with the victim and not to go within 100ft. of the victim until the matter is disposed of by the court.
