Cheque presentation to True Intentions

Digicel Anguilla has entered a partnership with True Intentions Band which, among other planned achievements, is establishing a live recording studio on the island.

“They have played well at different venues, and we thought that they have demonstrated a lot of true commitment to Anguilla in so many ways,” Digicel’s Country Manager, John Gidharry, told the media. He said his company had undertaken to assist the band with a contribution of EC$15,000 towards the establishment of a live professional recording studio in Anguilla.

“I would like to say that, as of today (Friday, April 27), we are partnering with True Intentions Band,” he said. “We will support them, so you will see them in a different light. We look forward to their support as well as we work together to serve the Anguillian community.”

Band Leader, Drummer and Singer of the three-member group, Darius James, thanked Digicel for supporting them. “We are very privileged that Digicel has lent us a hand in fulfilling our dream,” he stated. “I just want to say thank you on behalf of True Intentions and myself and the rest of my team.” The other two band members are Dennis Warrington and Jonathan Warrington. Assisting them are Shyrone Hughes, Melisa Anderson, Lundsley Webbe and Kenroy Herbert.
