Certified Fitness Trainer and Massage Therapist, Mr. Hillory Alfred, operating at the Dungeon Gym, made a special visit to the Miriam Gumbs Senior Citizens’ Home on Valentine’s Day, Sunday, February 14, to fulfil a wish list there.
The young personal trainer, who is originally from Dominica, told The Anguillian: “It is just something I wanted to do for a long time, and I thought Valentine’s Day was the right time to do it and to show some love. I donated the entire wish list to the Home and I hope the residents will enjoy the items. The list includes juices, toiletries and foodstuff.”
Mr. Alfred, who has been living in Anguilla for the past nine years, continued: “I own a company – Ruff Training. It is a personal training business. I work with about 21-25 clients monthly. I use Dungeon Gym to run my sessions. As I said, it is a lifestyle company – and that’s what I do.”
