16 years Old on Bail for Indecent Assault

The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Friday 15th January, 2016 arrested and charged a 16 years old male for indecent assault on a minor.
The arrest of the alleged offender was as a result of an investigation made to the police. He was taken before the Magistrate’s Court where he was granted bail in the sum of EC $75,000.00 with one surety to reappear on Tuesday 17th May, 2016.
As part of his conditions of bail he is required to surrender all travel documents, report every Friday between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm to The Valley Police Station and have no contact either directly or indirectly with the victim. He is also required to remain in the confines of his father’s home and to be on curfew from 7:00pm to 6:00am nightly.
