STUDENTS VISIT THE ELDERLY

As part of the requirement for the subject, Family & Resource Management, the year 3 students visited the Miriam Gumbs Senior Citizen Home on Friday, January 15. They were accompanied by their teacher, Ms. Sharon Richardson. While there, the students executed a number of tasks pertaining to the care of the elderly.

The students were also entertained by one of the residents of the home, Mr. Supersaad who skillfully played the guitar while they sang.

The students and their teacher take this opportunity to express gratitude to the Management, Staff and Residents of the Home for affording them the opportunity to put the theory that they have learnt into practice and wish them the best for the 2016 and beyond.
