According to Permanent Secretary Petty-Barrett, the retreat provided an opportunity for self-reflection, which is an important element for the growth of any organisation. “We are grateful to our facilitators for reinforcing the importance of a shared vision and a collaborative approach to achieving our goals as a Ministry. We recognise that our combined efforts result in better outcomes for those we serve and we pledge to make a conscious effort to demonstrate that we value the contribution of each person.”
