The Management and Staff of the NAGICO Anguilla Branch Office, in its efforts to promote a healthier Anguilla, Hosted a Health Fair on Saturday November 7th 2015, at the NAGICO office grounds, The Valley. This was done under the theme, “A Healthy Anguilla starts with a Healthy you.”
As the No 1 insurance carrier in Anguilla, and the English-speaking Caribbean, their aim was to sensitize the public on what they do, as well as to answer all questions as they relate to our Medical Insurance plans and gived members of the public the opportunity to ask any questions to the Doctors present.
Present were some of Anguilla’s Best physicians- Dr. Manuel Brooks, Dr. Clyde Bryan, and Dr Lowell Hughes, also, Dietitian and Nutritionist- Ms Vernice Battick and a Fitness instructor- Ms Cleopatra D’Auvergne were in attendance giving advice on Health and Nutrition and personal massages.
The Students of the St .James School of Medicine and the Anguilla Red Cross were also in attendance. The general public was given the opportunity to have their blood pressure, sugar level, blood oxygen, Heart Rate, and stress levels checked.
The Health fair attracted persons from all across Anguilla, who expressed their satisfaction on the fair and look forward to future event such as this. The fair also had quite a few exciting giveaways from our very generous Sponsors LIME and Digicel; we would like to congratulate our winners, Ms Doris Carter, Mr. Jomol Mcbean and Ms Beverly Richardson.
The Management and staff of the NAGICO Anguilla Branch Office, wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those who contributed in making our fair a success.
