Young Female Robbed At Gun Point

Police are investigating an armed robbery which occurred in area of the Hansa Bank Building in The Valley around 2:00 am on Saturday 18th July, 2015.

The female victim, in her mid-twenties reported that whilst in her car two masked men armed with a shot gun approached her and robbed her of jewelry as well as cash.

The assailants who were described as having an Anguillan accent were both about 5 ft. 5 inches tall.

As the Police continues investigation into this matter they are appealing to members of the public who may have been in The Valley in the Hansa Bank area and may have witnessed this robbery or have any information regarding this robbery to contact the Valley Police Station with such information. The telephone number is 497-2333 and asks for the Criminal Investigation Department or to speak to any Police Officer of their choice.
