Anguilla basketball teamThe Anguilla National basketball team travelled to St Martin to represent Anguilla in the fittest of the fittest basketball tournament that took place from the 16th- 19th July. There were a total of 8 teams participating. Teams included; USA, France, Tortola, Philippines, Aruba, French St Martin, Dutch St. Maarten, and Anguilla.

Anguilla finished 4th in the tournament but was just a few points from competing in the championship game when they lost to French St Martin by 7 points.
On the final day of the tournament, there was a three point shootout competition. Junior Rogers represented Anguilla and made it to the semifinals before he was eliminated.

The team is very young and has a bright future ahead.
