July 22ND, 2015- The Valley Anguilla Digicel, is delighted to be the sponsor the South Valley Street Fair where the entire Anguillian Community unite to witness a fair with local food, cooking competitions and music on August 1st 2015 from 10:00 am – until.
Hundreds are expected to once again come out and support the 2015 South Valley Street Fair which features the community’s display of local dishes, drinks talents and more.
At the South Valley Street Fair 2014, there were a number of vendors with a wide variety of food and snacks. From Johnny cakes and fry cakes, barbeque ribs and chicken, grilled fish and lobster, different types of soup, conkie dumplings, sugar cake, puddings, local drinks and so much more. It was hard to decide what to buy.
This festival is one of Anguilla’s prestigious cultural festivals that gives locals and international visitors a chance to taste, see, hear and feel Anguilla’s culture.
Ms. Lydia Levons, president of the South Valley Street Fair community joined Ms. Roxanne Webster for presentation of a carnival support check. Ms. Levons said “I urge everyone to be a part of this years South Valley Street Fair experience as we are up for yet another successful year! We are so happy that Digicel has continued to support us and we will sustain making them proud.”
