RAPF REPORT: South Hill Man on Remand for Wounding And Armed with an Offensive Weapon

A 25 yrs. old man from South Hill has been remanded at Her Majesty’s Prison until Monday 18th May, 2015.

The defendant was arrested on Friday 8th May, 2015 at 5:15 pm for wounding and armed with an offensive weapon. This arrest was as a result of investigations into an allegation that he wounded another man from South Hill the previous night in the vicinity of the Light House Chinese Restaurant.

The defendant was charged with the offences on Saturday 9th May, 2015. He appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on Monday 11th May, 2015 and was placed on remand until Monday 18th May, 2015.
