TEN TO REPRESENT ANGUILLA AT MUSIC MODEL TALENT SHOWCASE OF THE ISLANDS

mmtAnguilla will be represented at Music Model Talent Showcase, the premier talent conference of the Caribbean, by ten individuals who have been selected from a group of local talent by an MMTS Regional Scout.
The Anguilla MMTS delegates are:

Kennelva Brooks- Runway | Swimwear | Commercial Print
Duquaine Brooks- Swimwear | Commercial Print | TV Commercial & Runway
Alie Durand (Omalie 360)- Singer:Solo | Commercial Print | Music Producer/Songwriter
Catriona Lake- Singer:Solo | Music Producer/Songwriter |TV Beauty & Runway Plus
Caneema Niles – Singer:Solo | Commercial Print
Amasha Richards – TV Beauty Spokesmodel | Runway Petite | Swimwear
Jemaurah Richardson – Runway | Fashion Print | Swimwear

Managers of the Music Model Talent Showcase have created an annual, week- long conference which consists of music, modeling and acting, designed to educate and showcase the best and brightest new models, actors and entertainers to top Agents, Managers & Casting Directors. New talent will get the chance to meet and perform in front of scouts from major markets all over the world, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Florida, Milan, Paris, Canada and London, China and South Africa.
With over 40 of the industry’s top agents making the journey to The Bahamas to find the next big thing, there is global attention to the talent pool on the Caribbean. The event is slated for July 13-19, 2015 at Melia Nassau Bahamas. Some of the participating countries include Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts & Nevis, Cayman Islands, Haiti, U.S Virgin Islands, Curacao, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Dominican Republic and The Bermuda Islands.
Many new performers have launched national and international careers following talent showcases such as MMTS. Delegates will be competing for trophies, cash prizes, and modeling contracts and acting/performance opportunities with leading Agencies, Record Labels and Casting Directors.
MMTS is the only Modeling, Acting & Talent Showcase specifically designed for Island based talent (encompassing The Bahamas & Caribbean Islands). The mission of MMTS is to provide a safe, professional event for talent training, mentorship and advancement into international markets.
The group has launched a fundraising raffle in order to aid them in traveling to the Bahamas. Tickets can be bought from any MMTS Delegate for US $5.00. Prizes are: 1st Prize – 1 night for 2 @ La Vue Hotel, 2nd Prize- Lunch for 2 @ Tasty’s Restaurant, 3rd Prize – Manicure Pedicure Spa Package @ Nails r Hair Salon.
